1/3 cup all natural peanut butter (or preferred nut or seed butter)
2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup or coconut sugar)
2 tablespoons whole milk
apple slices, bananas, berries, and/or pretzels, for dipping
Mix all ingredients and warm slightly (not too much) in a small sauce pot or in the microwave.
Stir until blended and continue to add the milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dip is at the consistency you like.
Serve with apples, bananas, berries, and pretzels, for dipping.
This will keep, covered, in the fridge for up to 1 week.
